Fat trimmed from fresh cuts of beef and slowly rendered down. Our tallow is clarified several times until it is free from impurities to ensure you'll have a clean, natural oil to cook with. Tallow is a soft solid at room temperature and melts down quickly. Use as a flavorful way to cook up burgers, steaks, potatoes, and much more!
